angular - Rxjs timeout() está a gerar erro para algumas datas futuras

O timeout() do Rxjs não está a funcionar corretamente para alguns Dias ou Timestamp

import { timeout } from 'rxjs/operators';

const seconds = interval(1000);

seconds.pipe(
